Do you offer online ordering?
Yes. You can browse and purchase our collections at amarsonsonline.com. We are continually expanding our online catalogue, though our full range is always available in-store.

Can I place an order over the phone or WhatsApp?
Absolutely. You can reach us at +91 98786 87498 via phone or WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to assist you with product selection, sizing, and order placement.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery times vary by location — typically 5–7 business days for most destinations. For details, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. However, if you are based outside India, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?
Online, we accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. In-store, we accept cards, UPI, and cash.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I exchange a garment for a different size or style?
Yes. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We take great care in packaging, but if your garment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Chart for detailed measurements across all garment categories. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend visiting our store for a personal fitting, or contacting us for guidance.

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
Yes. Many of our garments can be customised to your measurements. In-store, our team can arrange alterations. For online orders, please note your measurements in the order comments or contact us before placing your order.

Products & Collections

What types of clothing do you carry?
We specialise in premium ethnic wear for women — including sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, kurta sets, dupattas, and occasion wear. Our collections span bridal, festive, and everyday elegance.

Do you carry menswear or children’s clothing?
Our current collections are focused exclusively on women’s ethnic wear. We do not carry menswear or children’s clothing at this time.

How often do you release new collections?
We introduce new pieces throughout the year, with major collections aligned to festive and wedding seasons. Follow us on Instagram or visit our store regularly to see what’s new.

Visiting Our Store

Where is your store located?
SCO 825–826, Sector 22-A, Chandigarh. We are situated in the main market area, easily accessible from all parts of the tricity.

What are your store hours?
We are open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, for bridal consultations or large trousseau orders, we recommend scheduling a visit so we can give you our full attention. Call us at +91 98786 87498 to book.

Is parking available?
Yes. Sector 22-A has ample parking in the market area, within easy walking distance of our store.
