Our Approach
Every piece at AmarSons is chosen and crafted with great care, and we want you to be completely confident in what you take home. If for any reason your order does not feel right, we offer a simple process to support you. Our intention is never to make returns difficult, but to ensure garments come back to us in a condition where they can be treasured again.
Conditions of Return
We kindly ask that items are returned to us in their original state — unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. As many of our ensembles involve delicate handwork and fine fabrics, we are unable to accept returns of garments that have been altered, customised, or made-to-measure, as well as items marked as final sale. For all other purchases, we allow returns within a short window of time after delivery, so long as the piece remains as it was received.
The Process
If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply reach out to our customer care team. We will guide you through the next steps, whether arranging a collection through our courier partners or directing you to one of our stores. Once we have received and inspected the returned piece, we will confirm the acceptance of your return and proceed with the refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds are always made back to the original method of payment, and exchanges may be offered for a different size or style where available.
